TOEIC 教材 いろいろありますね。
TOEICの教材 どういうのがいいのでしょうね。例文です。

◆all along the spectrum
spectrum　＝　領域，範囲

◆to make sure
make sure　＝　確実にする　（前に使われた ensure と同義）

◆that the consumer understands
make sure　の目的となる名詞節で，that　は接続詞。

◆but also helping the consumer make sure
helping　の前に　we're　を補うとよい。つまり，前の　We're (not
only)looking at ways に続き，「方法を考えているだけでなく，助けてもいる」ということ。
make sure　＝　ここでは「確かめる」の意。

◆that they are going to purchase
that　は関係代名詞で，以下　the food　の内容を説明する関係代名詞節となっている。
　the consumer　を受ける代名詞として　they　が使われている。本来はhe or she　とするところだが，煩わしさから，they　で受けている。
purchase　＝　購入する
